  • The Tromsø Repository of Language and Linguistics (TROLLing) is a FAIR-aligned repository of linguistic data, code, and related material. All data are accompanied by searchable metadata that identify the researchers, the languages and linguistic phenomena involved, the statistical methods applied, and scholarly publications based on the data (where relevant). Linguists worldwide are invited to deposit data used in their linguistic research. TROLLing is a special collection within DataverseNO (http://doi.org/10.17616/R3TV17), and C Centre within CLARIN (Common Language Resources and Technology Infrastructure, a networked federation of European data repositories; http://www.clarin.eu/), and harvested by their Virtual Language Observatory (VLO; https://vlo.clarin.eu/).

  • EMODnet Bathymetry provides a service for viewing and downloading a harmonised Digital Terrain Model (DTM) for the European sea regions that is generated by the EMODnet Bathymetry partnership on the basis of an increasing number of bathymetric data sets. These are managed as survey data sets and composite DTMs by data providers from government and research. Services for discovery and requesting access to these data sets are provided as well.

  • The DSSP algorithm (Kabsch & Sander, Biopolymers. [1983] 22:2577-2637) annotates the secondary structure of protein structures in detail, including hydrogen bonding and beta sheet topology. The DSSP databank provides these annotations for all structure models in the Protein Data Bank (PDB). The annotations are available in two formats: annotated mmCIF files (preferred) and the DSSP format (deprecated).
